These Terms govern the use of kuzmanovlaw.com (the “Website”), which presents the Kuzmanov Law legal practice and provides general legal information.

The Website is maintained by Aleksandar Nikolov Kuzmanov, Attorney-at-Law, BULSTAT No. 181332029, registered with the Sofia Bar Association under No. 4600231810, holding the professional title of “адвокат” (Attorney-at-Law), awarded in the Republic of Bulgaria. 2. Legal information and legal services

Publications are provided for general information only and do not constitute individual legal advice. They reflect the law and legal practice as at the date indicated and may not account for subsequent developments or the circumstances of a particular case. Individual legal advice should be sought before taking action.

Visiting the Website or submitting an enquiry does not, in itself, establish an attorney–client relationship or constitute acceptance of an instruction. The provision of services, their scope, fees and timeframes are agreed separately following express acceptance of the engagement and a conflict-of-interest check.

3. Enquiries and confidentiality

When submitting an initial enquiry, please provide only the information necessary to outline the matter and enable a conflict-of-interest check. Please send sensitive documents only after an appropriate method of transmission has been agreed. Information received is treated in accordance with the applicable rules on confidentiality, professional secrecy and personal data protection.

Submitting an enquiry does not suspend statutory or procedural deadlines. Until acceptance of the engagement has been expressly confirmed, it should not be assumed that the attorney is monitoring deadlines or taking action in relation to the matter.

4. Permitted use and intellectual property

The Website must be used lawfully and without actions that compromise its security, obstruct access or infringe the rights of others.

Texts, images and other materials are protected under applicable law. Viewing and use for personal information purposes are permitted, as is quotation in accordance with the law and with acknowledgement of the author and source. In other cases, reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Website, but errors, technical interruptions and temporary restrictions on access may occur. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are determined by their respective providers.

Liability is governed by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Personal data

Information on the processing of personal data and the technologies used is provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Website. Use of the Website does not, in itself, constitute consent to any processing of personal data for which consent is required by law.

7. Amendments and applicable law

The current version of these Terms is published on the Website with the date of its last update and applies to subsequent use of the Website. Amendments do not alter legal engagements already agreed. Bulgarian law applies, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules. Disputes shall be referred to the competent court in accordance with the law.
